RLG continues to promote the growth of Western Australia’s Food & Beverage sector by co-hosting with the Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce the ‘Taste of WA’ series.
This time we showcased our client Manjimup Artisan Truffles at an exclusive event with a world first, preserved black truffles using all natural Western Australian black truffle ingredients. Guests were treated to several canapés prepared by celebrated French Chef Alain Fabrègues MOF who has developed the unique preservation process. Another client, Lost Lake from the Southern Forests Region of Western Australian, matched its wonderful wines.
RLG will soon be embarking on a journey with Manjimup Artisan Truffles in opening new markets for the sale of the preserved black truffles in Asia, including China, and beyond.
